We are a well established multi-speciality practice located in Fairfield within Fairfield City Shopping Centre under new management. We provide dental, medical specialist and allied health care to the Fairfield Community.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience and knowledge of working in a busy medical, allied health and dental practice required.
- Excellent communication skills essential along with outstanding customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with good interpersonal relationship skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing administration duties and support in a specialist medical and dental practice
- Manage appointment schedules for multiple specialists and allied health practitioners.
- Experience in customer service and ensuring our patients leave with a positive experience.
- Experience with Dental 4 Windows SQL (D4W) and/or Halaxy system is desirable
- Ability to handle daily office duties
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $22.65 – $30.00 per hour
