Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Concierge

Are you a highly driven, motivated, experienced Dental Receptionist who have been working in the corporate clinics. You are great at what you are doing. Enjoy organising and being in charge of the front desk. But yet you are bored of what corporate dentistry has to offer. You are looking for more than your status quo, wanting to achieve something and get somewhere in the dental industry.

Taylor Street Dental is a modern State-of-the-art Digital Dental Clinic. Unlike the other “Cosmetic” or “Digital” Clinic. We are a DSD style private dental clinic in West Pennant Hills. We have features of a true DSD Clinic and adapts to the DSD protocol. We are catered for patients who appreciates highest quality of dentistry.

Unlike the other clinics, we practice Slow Dentistry, where patient care is our top priority. We educate our patients by means of communication through our unique digital workflow. So our patient understands their condition and we give them the ownership of their oral health. We have a ABC Smile Makeover process. Majority of our patients require Ortho-Restorative interdisciplinary treatments. Our main focus is on Invisalign. Our principal dentist has the skill and experience to perform an array of complex treatments. So the day can be filled with a wide range of treatments.

We are looking for someone with past dental reception experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join our team as the FRONT DESK CONCIERGE. This role is not just someone who answers the phone calls, making appointments, doing administrative and account keeping duties. This role involves building a relationship with our patients and walk along side them through out the DSD Journey.

With Dental Receptionist as your foundation, You will need to be someone who is very well organised, good at implementing systems, attention to details and following instructions as there will be lots of new and exciting things to learn. Have autonomy and be able to think on the spot (Problem solving skills).

• Certificate I - IV (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dental reception: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:

• COVID Vaccination certificate including Booster shots. (Required)
