Seeking Superstar Dental Receptionists/ Front Office Coordinators!
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinators with expertise pertaining to client relationship management to help us expand our amazing patient base. The front office role revolves around building sustainable growth for the practice through supporting amicable and amazing relationships with patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Patient management, including check in and check out of patients, answering telephone queries and bookings, gathering, recording and filing patient medical records, health insurance, payments;
- Appointment book management;
- Manage recall system;
- Managing (actioning and replying to) email inbox correspondence (large volume of email correspondence on a daily basis), referrals and other clinic correspondence.
- Credit management.
- Working and liaising with patients front of house in a practice on a daily basis to meet and exceed their needs and assist them with the next steps of their treatment (including presenting treatment plans, organising appointments and finance options)
- Streamlining the patient journey and being a consistent resource point for your patients with whatever they need
- Assisting patients with all knowledge pertaining to our services and procedures
- Keeping meticulous track of patients throughout their cosmetic journey and ensuring attention to detail is maintained on a daily basis
- Building long term relationships with new and existing patients
- Being able to wear multiple hats in the practice and adapting to change quickly
- Creating new ideas and strategies on how to increase profitability and efficiency within the practice regarding your respective role and responsibilities

Remuneration is based on competence and experience of the successful candidate.
Working days/ hours will also be discussed at the interview.
