Greeting and engaging with patients; ensuring they have the best welcome experience
Answering phones
Appointment book management
Recalls
Filing and handling confidential information
Rostering
Ensuring the practice is neat and tidy
You will possess:
Experience as a Dental Assistant, Dental Receptionist or have experience working within the Medical industry looking for the next opportunity
Exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
