About the role
We are looking for a Department Manager to lead the Residential Property Management team in our Launceston office, on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Manager, you will use your expertise in Property Management and leadership to drive the strategic direction of the Department. You will oversee the daily operations of the team to strive towards growth and market share across the local area.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to grow and secure business opportunities to increase our portfolio
- Lead and manage the Residential Property Management team
- Manage a small portfolio of properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending Elders range of services
- Meet key performance indicators and expenditure targets
About you
- Hold a Property Representative
- Show proven business development and marketing skills
- Hold a Tertiary qualification in property (desirable, but not required)
- Have a sound leadership competency; able to manage and unite teams
- Are a strong communicator
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hold a current drivers license
