What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Supporting the Store Manager and other leaders in managing daily operations
- Achieving sales growth and meeting KPI targets for your department
- Building and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, following our inverted triangle structure
- Leading by example and effectively communicating management expectations
- Managing high volume stock and replenishment
- Merchandising in line with business standards
- Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and setups
- Assisting in recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Conducting high volume stocktakes and implementing stock integrity initiatives to boost department profitability
What We’re Looking for from You:
- Proven retail management experience- Essential
- Preferred experience in high volume or big box stock management
- A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals
- Experience in developing and executing performance plans
- Resilient problem-solving skills, driven by innovation and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- First Aid certification, or willingness to be trained at our expense
