Depot Hand - Waste Industry

Resource Recovery Australia - Noosa Site is looking for a Depot Hand to join our team!

Depot Hands are our frontline team working with the local community. Depot Hands contribute to the delivery of efficient operations across transfer stations, community recycling centres and our amazing Reviva retail shop. 

Reviva shop operates 7 days (excluding public holidays) from 8.30am - 4.00pm

Essential

• Organisation skills with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Manual Drivers Licence
• Reliable, positive can-do attitude
• Superior communication skills
• Strong understanding and adherence to WHS policies and procedures
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and a willingness to learn
• Ability to adjust and be flexible to competing work priorities
• Physical fitness and manual handling skills
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Desirable

• Forklift Licence
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of domestic and commercial waste streams
• Retail experience
