Welink Recruitment have partnered with a high-end luxury apartment builder company with a strong portfolio of residential developments across the Sydney region with projects in the Lower North Shore, Western and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to strong portfolio of works, our business partner is seeking for a Design Manager OR a Project Engineer looking to step into design management to work on projects in the Lower North Shore of Sydney.
Given the size of this organisation, you are able to truly be involved in all aspects of the project while contributing your expertise to ensure high quality, efficiency and safety of all members on site.
Our Partner is looking for Design Manager OR Project Engineer who can;
Manage the design portion of the project from planning through to completion
Develop and maintain value engineering opportunities
Ensure designs are delivered to meet programme requirements and Tender Letting Schedules
Coordinate design & RFI’s between stakeholders Review and maintain D&C documents
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have;
Relevant tertiary education/qualification
Strong track record in a similar role working with a Tier 2 OR Tier 3 reputable builder
Experience working on new-build residential projects valued up to $50M
Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
