ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Desktop/Field Support Technician, you will be appointed in providing site based technical support, conducting maintenance & troubleshooting activities as part of a national Technical Service Delivery team supporting an Australian Federal Government customer (AGSVA clearance required).
As a Permanent Full time role within a Monday to Friday roster, you will work collaboratively through technical processes, engaging onsite customer to provide support for hardware, software, systems and devices to ensure business continuity and function. Roles available in Perth CBD.
Responsibilities also include:
Act upon incident and requests raised across sites, which may involve travel (company reimbursed)
Work within Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 10 SOE - Microsoft Intune, Workstation end-of-life refresh
Provide prompt solution based support, prioritising tasks as needs arise
Data entry into ticket log system for analysis or further escalation if required
Taking part in team initiatives, mentoring and sharing of knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Currently hold a Government Vetting Clearance; minimum of a Baseline (AGSVA Security Clearance)
Providing technical support services within an enterprise level organisation
Sound knowledge across technologies including MS products such as O365 and End User devices
Experience in use of ITSM systems (ServiceNow highly desirable)
Strong customer service focus and professional communication skills
Australian drivers’ licence and reliable car (expenses to be claimed)
