Desktop Network Support

Greetings from Gnotis,

We are a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for below requirements - Full time long term contract and on call dispatch/adhoc projects:

Requirements:

• Exp in handling desktop/network issues
• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
• Install patches
• Software and Hardware Break Fix
• Install and administer MS Office
• Business english with local language

Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry While going to site:

• Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
• Cisco Console cable (DB9 – Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used , make sure drivers are properly installed
• Laptop should have following program/software installed
• Putty
• Team Viewer
• TFTP server
• Screw Driver Set
• Internet data Card
• TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX
