Key Responsibilities:
Logging and creating Interactions, Incidents and Service Requests
Track and manage Incidents and Service Requests through to closure
Management of hardware failures including liaison with Hardware Service Providers
Desktop & Laptop imaging, configuration and asset management
Windows 10/11, O365 and Csoco Webex Support & Troubleshooting
Skills and Experience required:
Strong Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop Support Experience
High level of customer service and communication skills
Strong Operating System and Application Support Experience - Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Webex
Experience with Mobility / Mobile Device Management / In Tune Support (Apple iOS/Android OS)
Experience with Active Directory and SCCM
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Experience with ITSM Tools (Service Now environment)
Hardware Asset Management Experience
