Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
Onsite desktop support
Managing and resolving hardware and software issues as well as performing software deployments
Asset tagging and testing
Remote phone and email support
Physical movement of assets
Perform requests for installation and relocation of End-User Computing hardware such as desktops and laptops
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will have demonstrated technical knowledge of:
Laptops, Desktops, PC's, printers and peripherals
Windows 10, Office 365, Remote tools
Active Directory, Azure, Intune, SOE Imaging
You will have excellent verbal communication, professional customer service and the ability to work autonomously.
In order to be considered for this role you must be an Australian Citizen.
