Form of workMacmahon Maintenance Masters is currently seeking experienced Digger Fitters to join our internal labour support division on 7:7 DIDO rosters.
Macmahon Maintenance Masters provides support to Macmahon’s surface and underground mining operations and is suited to a tradesperson who is confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Proven experience with Liebherr Diggers – 996s, 9350s, 9400s, 9800s
- Proven experience with CAT Diggers – 6040s, 6060s
- Proven experience with Hitachi Diggers – 2500s, 3600s
- Understand the important of digger availability to limit downtime
- Experience in major component changes/shutdown maintenance
- Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting / interpretive skills
- Previous experience in the mining industry - underground or surface operations
- Rates: up to $76 per hour
- Contracts: permanent or casual to suit you
- Sign on bonus: $1500
- Annual loyalty bonus: increases each year
- Field service utes: available for the right candidate
- Paid Training: W@H, CS, EWP, Dogging, Forklift, Rigging
- Super: 10.5% paid on 10 hours worked
- Referral bonus: $2000 for you & $1500 for the candidate you refer
