We currently have an opening for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Channels squad, which is centralised in Sydney. As part of the Digital Channels Squad, you will be working with developers, testers and product owners to articulate stories, elaborate business requirements and assist with Production Support for Rabobank’s Online Banking platforms. We work in Azure DevOps and ideally you will have an understanding of DevOps and the application lifecycle. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic team that is at the heart of some key projects. You will work on a mixture of projects and BAU work.
What will keep you busy:
- Working with the business to gather business requirements ensuring requirements can be translated into functional specifications reflecting the user’s needs
- Participating in daily ceremonies and stand ups
- Negotiating options and implementing best practices during the analysis phase to provide effective and efficient business solutions
- Creating functional specifications that meet the business requirements with regard to the banks data, data structures and business processes, enabling developers to create efficient and effective solutions
- Providing efficient and consistent structured documentation
- Creating test scripts/scenario documents and participate in testing of applications, outputs, interfaces and processes against requirements
- Creating System/Application Process and Procedures (E.g. Functional/process user guide)
- Contributing to projects regarding test co-ordination, environment management, acceptance testing of applications
- Supporting the end-users and Production Support teams in documenting BAU procedures
- Continuously working to increase Financial Industry knowledge and to be familiar with best practices
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
- Ability to articulate web criteria, build test cases and user stories
- Proven success in Agile success / ways of working
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Team player with positive mindset
- Understanding of banking and finance regulations
- Exposure to IAM systems, such as Forgerock desired.
