What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Marketing, and working closely with a Senior Digital Advisor, this role will provide creative ideas and solutions to improve the delivery of health and important patient information to Western Sydney residents, and staff. We require someone who is creative and can provide out-of-the-box digital solutions based on the needs of our community and staff. Some examples include various health campaigns, staff wellbeing projects and accessibility to health clinics such as COVID-19 testing sites and vaccination hubs. While this role will have a digital marketing focus, it will not be responsible for any social media management.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day content updates to the Intranet using a CMS (with the support of an external provider). They will provide support in relation to the development of microsites, and other digital solutions, and will be familiar with Information Architecture. They will work closely with program areas to develop and implement internal content solutions (aligning with the organisational priorities), some of which may require same day turnarounds, and others, longer lead times.
