Digital Marketing And Website Manager

Renovation Kingdom is a market leader in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry space - with an online store and two large showrooms - located in North Parramatta and Taren Point.

The Digital Marketing specialist will oversee the digital marketing strategy for the company.

Duties of the Digital Marketing specialist :

• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and in-store, including marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns including digital mail outs.
• Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC (including working with outsourced agents where necessary)
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Assisting with the redesign of the company website and keeping the website up to-date with new products and ensuring its accuracy of informative.
• Make recommendations and implement improvements to the website UI/UX.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website with the assistance of external developers where necessary.
• Liaise with the web developers to implement upgrades and fixes to the website.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Work with outsourcing companies to load new and update existing products on the website.

Requirements of the role

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or other industry specific education.
• Experience with PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role, favourable but not essential.

This is an in-person role with on-site parking provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $90,000.00 per year
