About the role:
This position provides support to the communications and marketing functions with website content management, social media and digital newsletters.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Communications email Inbox and escalate queries where necessary
Build and send digital newsletters
Updating web pages and uploading articles etc through WordPress
Quality control of website and digital newsletter content
Monitor and collate website and social media analytics
Supporting the Social Media team with content management
General administration and project support
To be successful you will ideally have:
Experience working with content management of websites and digital newsletters
Click Dimensions experience is essential (email marketing and marketing automation platform for Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
WordPress experience
Ability to meet deadlines and display initiative as well as organise and prioritise work
Good process management and problem-solving skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
The ability to commence this role immediately
