THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive with e-commerce and CRM experience, ready to assist a dynamic, nimble hospitality business with significant growth milestones.
Reporting directly to the Head of Communications and Marketing and Junior Marketing Manager, you will be able to execute on a variety of digital activities, spanning website development, digital marketing, CRM (Hubspot) and more. You are a forward thinker who is creative, and results driven.
You will work on original campaigns and new, fresh content to drive awareness and result in increased engagement, reservations and sales for Fink and it’s stable of brands, including a new arm of the business called FIX, an at-home dining solution created as a joint venture with leading caterer, STIX. This role requires someone that is a strong content and copy producer (creation/amplification) and social media campaigner. We’re looking for someone who can ensure all marketing content produced is up to date, brand compliant, and driving direct revenue and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing
Proven experience in executing digital strategies
Play a key part in wider marketing team by bringing the voice of digital to campaigns projects, and ideas
Bring ability to analyse consumer behaviour across digital channels
Day to day agency liaison (with the support of Junior Marketing Manager)
Website and ECommerce Management
Oversee management of websites including uploading new products and experiences, while carrying out testing to ensure the customer journey is seamless.
Work with the Marketing team and external agencies to ensure the Fink sites adhere to SEO best practice, working to continuously improve and optimise the sites.
Email Marketing
Work with the team to define and facilitate the eDM schedule for the upcoming quarter to drive revenue and engagement.
Manage and segment the Fink databases, looking for opportunities to engage and educate our customers through email marketing.
Social Media
Support the Marketing Assistant and Junior Marketing Manager with social scheduling and community management, including posting content and responding to our community in a timely and brand appropriate manner.
Reporting
Own reporting on email, digital marketing activity and other relevant channels, presenting insights and suggestions to Head of the department
Reporting on customer insights to broader team
Preparing and analysing social media reports to the broader lead
Preparing quarterly reporting on digital marketing
Reporting on customer service KPIs and provide analysis and recommendation

We are looking for candidates with:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing roles with proven experience managing an online store
Skills in data analysis, paid performance strategy and exposure to CRM
Exposure to our core platforms, including Shopify, Google Analytics and Hubspot
Previous experience of social media community management.
Project management experience - you will own a project from start to finish, writing copy for a variety of platforms including promotional material, website copy, social media & EDMs, enacting strategy, and reporting on results.
