This role is responsible for steering the digital and data driven marketing agenda for ANZ Institutional, deepening customer relationships and growing revenue by shaping and implementing a strategic marketing roadmap that further enhances digital capability and defines a meaningful, scalable, personalised and digital customer experience, led by data and performance insights.
This role requires an experienced marketing professional to lead the acceleration of marketing automation, using digital and data insights to develop a best practice framework and deliver digital marketing communications for our Institutional audiences.
And as a trusted strategic partner of the Institutional business, you will support Relationship Managers and Marketing Managers in providing excellent service to Institutional customers. And working with digital, marketing, product, coverage, sector and communications colleagues across and beyond Institutional, you’ll use your digital and insights smarts to authentically engage the right customers with tailored, targeted initiatives, execute beautifully, streamline the everyday, and free capacity for uplift.
You will be accountable for:
• Drive the digital marketing agenda by formulating, planning and executing digital and data driven marketing propositions that improve Institutional customer experience.
• Create and execute personalised, relevant, real-time and effective social media and digital marketing campaigns (using Adobe).
• Establish contact rules and data mapping for campaign activity, and work with creative partners to design and execute effective communications.
• Focus on data to gain insights that will lead to greater campaign improvements.
• Identify synergies between digital campaigns to create best-practice engagement.
• Champion the agenda to accelerate marketing automation capability, data integration and greater martech system connections with the aim to modernise the way we deliver digital marketing activity.
• Utilise data learnings to monitor success metrics and pivot direction to optimise marketing performance.
• Drive efficiencies in delivery and speed to market.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring;
• Extensive experience in digital and data driven marketing within Financial Services or related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of core digital, martech and CRM systems, including e-commerce, web analytics, CMS and marketing automation.
• Ability to utilise data led insights to drive strategic direction, improve customer experience and accelerate business performance.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, collaborate and build strong relationships with business partners across cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving capability and the ability to make decisions that deliver positive commercial outcomes.
• Superb quality delivery ethic.
The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
• Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Cloud and Unica.
• Data analysis, manipulation and campaign build capability.
• Experience in human centred design and agile methodologies.
• B2B marketing capability.
