ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll join a rapidly growing team tasked with lead generation and first order marketing revenue generation for the business across a range of channels.
Reporting into and supported by the General Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of our paid advertising strategy which is the core lead generator for the business.
The perfect role for someone who is hands on and an eye for detail and data, the Digital Marketing Manager will be an integral part of company's Marketing Team, and work alongside a team of content producers, and other social media specialists to translate our initiatives into actionable digital marketing plans across our core and emerging channels.
Key Areas Of Responsibility:
Lead and revenue generation: you will be a vital cog in the paid lead and revenue generation machine, and develop an ongoing plan to weaponise our paid channels to continue driving high quality and high volume leads, and generate first-order marketing revenue. Your focus will be on driving ROI from our digital channels.
A strong focus on audience builds and budget management, you will be required to manage multiple campaigns at a time and drive business outcomes.
Build and manage multiple inbound marketing funnels in Hubspot including content, landing pages, thank you pages, email nurture sequences and automations to engage and communicate with our audience
Bridge the gap between organic and paid social media: you’ll work closely with our Social Media team to align our organic social activity with paid to ensure optimal performance between the worlds of content, community and advertising
Reporting and analytics: regularly report back on the performance of the activity that you’re directly responsible for driving, opportunities to further optimise our Marketing materials, ROI from your channels and the ultimate results of your efforts.
Who We’re Looking For:
3+ years working in a digital marketing role focused on paid advertising
A passion for and proven track record of driving high ROI/ROAS across digital channels & campaigns
Working knowledge of building inspiring and impactful paid advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
A data-driven decision-maker - you can confidently translate insights, data and performance indicators into best next steps for all digital marketing channels
Someone who is also not afraid to get their hands dirty and work in deep partnership with a wider marketing team
Someone with strong stakeholder management skills who will be able to not only manage upwards and work closely with our General Manager and Content / Brand Manager
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Hubspot and paid advertising channels including Google Adwords, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & more
Someone with a passion for advancement, there are big things on the horizon which this role will play a huge part.
