About The Job:
- Develop and implement seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Contribute to the digital strategy for the business, ensuring alignment with business objectives as the strategy evolves
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and marketing information in conjunction with the Product team, to ensure on-time and error-free execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Write and coordinate marketing content to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, brand campaigns, website updates/development, and social media
- Identify digital opportunities to improve brand experience, share of voice, and revenue
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels and campaigns including website, social media, SEO/SEM, eDMs, Facebook, and Instagram
- Keyword research, conducting competitive and industry analysis from various sources to identify opportunities
- Utilise strong analytical ability to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against set goals, coordinate customer Feedback reports and make UX recommendations
- Coordinate website enhancements with the web development team
Key Required Skills:
- Experience in a Digital Marketing role, ideally within the retail sector
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Suite
- Experience using Social Media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience with web CMS platforms (Magento)
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Keyword Tools
- Able to prioritise and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
