About the Role
The Digital Specialist oversees marketing and communications support to Humanity Health Group and its sub-brands. The position is responsible for the roll out of marketing and communications assets and messaging through owned, earned and paid marketing channels. The focus of marketing and communication activity is the attraction, nurture and retention of leads and clients within the brand target audiences..
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Wordpress, update graphics in Wordpress, manage Website SEO, manage forms and add blog content
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with agreed marketing strategy and goals
- Updated news items, blog posts and other pages on organizational websites
- Implementation of social media content and ongoing platform moderation
- Preparation and scheduling of external and internal EDMs
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of program activity, including online or in-person events
- Preparation of marketing activity reports for measuring campaign and activity performance
- Other duties as assigned
About you
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communication or business
- 1 + years experience in a similar inhouse or agency role
- Intermediate knowledge of CMS systems, including Wordpress and Sharepoint
- Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms, including Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook advertising
- Understanding of campaign reporting principles, including reporting platforms such as Google Analytics
- Ability to convert campaign data into meaningful analysis
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- An ability and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture through personal accountability and supportive staff engagement
