We are looking for a seasoned digital/eCommerce producer to join our global headquarters in Kilsyth, Melbourne and help shape the digital future of ARB.
Your Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of eCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of transformative digital initiatives. As part of the eCommerce team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the upcoming eCommerce projects that will shape the way our customers interact with our brand online. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fast-paced world of digital commerce. Responsibilities Include:
- Provide support for ARB's eCommerce project and upcoming digital initiatives.
- Work with internal and external teams on task creation and management throughout the lifecycle of eCommerce & digital projects, including design, development, testing QA programs, and launch.
- Organise and participate in regular Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained and communicate project progress to the GM of eCommerce.
- Assist in creating scopes and necessary documentation for upcoming digital projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with external agencies to conduct regular SEO audits, implement 301 redirects and on-site optimisation to maintain and grow SEO rankings.
- Hands on approach to collect content for migration efforts to ensure seamless transition of existing content to the new eCommerce platform.
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the delivery and maintenance of digital projects, eCommerce solutions, or digital marketing campaigns.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering eCommerce projects or managing eCommerce sites & content production.
- Knowledge of the WDLC: Proficient understanding of the Web Development Life Cycle.
- SEO Knowledge: Sound understanding in SEO optimisation techniques to enhance organic search engine results.
- Experience with Adobe Commerce or Magento Commerce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Modern Delivery Software: Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Figma is highly valued.
