About the role:
This new role has been developed to support the operationalising of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation’s strategic goal of empowering ‘positive digital citizens’. Reporting to the Head of Digital Citizenship Programs, this 3 year contract role will be responsible for the design, development and ongoing user experience of eSmart digital products. What you’ll do:
Lead the design and development, as well as manage technical features of eSmart digital products
Support strategies for implementation of digital products across Australia and internationally.
Stakeholder management and contract management with partners, vendors and relevant budgets
Oversee digital product Monitoring Evaluation and Learning cycle for social impact.
People leadership of a small team that provides technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
The experience you’ll bring:
Tertiary education, with a qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in digital product management
Experience using human centred design principles.
Experience developing and facilitating workshops, conducting user testing & research, and presenting findings.
Experience working with designers and developers, and using project management tools
Experience in leading and motivating a team towards reaching strategic goals
