Your new company
This Government Agency is currently looking for a Digital Service Delivery Manager to join them on a 6 month contract role with a high possibility of extension. They have office in Parramatta/Sydney CBD and they offer hybrid work mode – 2 days in the office. In this position, you will be focusing on coordinating and leading incident management for the organization’s digital assets.
Your new role
As a Digital Service Delivery Manager, you will be experienced in leading incident management and provide strategy delivery and solutions to incidents in the digital operation environment across the organization. You will also be leading a team of BAU resources and vendor developers in triaging and supporting required operational ceremonies and ensure all customer requests and issues are addressed in a timely manner in accordance with set protocols and SLAs. You will be experienced in liaising with vendor and stakeholders internally and externally.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in Incident Management with Minimum of 5 years exp. in managing a large-scale software operations functions
Experienced in Strategy Delivery and providing solutions to incidents
Experience in production support of large-scale Digital platform
Experienced in leading and mentoring a team
Experienced in Vendor Management – liaising and managing IT Industry vendors
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
