We are Australia’s leading producer and supplier of Western Australia’s finest quality Fresh Truffles and manufacturer of truffle products. Distributing our products locally, nationally and into international markets in a fast and efficient manner. Great Southern Truffles continually explore what truffles have to offer in food culinary by developing and creating new products and developing unique flavours.
We are looking for a marketing professional with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, effective time management, and proven experience in online and traditional marketing.
Our office is in Mount Hawthorn, WA.
Responsibilities:
MARKETING PLANNING
- Develop and deliver monthly and annual marketing plans, including managing the marketing budget.
- Coordinating marketing project timelines to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing successful digital marketing activities such as SEO, Campaigns (EDM & social), SEM and website content.
WEBSITE & E-COMMERCE AND SEO
- Manage, coordinate, and optimise websites (CMS), including testing and ad hoc troubleshooting.
- Manage and coordinate e-commerce platform to increase ROI by improving conversion rates, traffic, optimisation, and customer experience.
- Optimise website using on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
EXECUTION
- Develop, execute and manage cross-channel digital marketing campaigns across key digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
SOCIAL AND EMAIL COMMS
- Maintain the social media plan across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ensuring the social media strategy is in line with the marketing plan, identifying new content opportunities to help grow the channel and drive engagement;
- Copywriting and content creation for digital and print, including the website, marketing collateral, brochure, flyers, social media channel, EDM, organic and paid.
PRINTING
- Develop illustrations, labels, banners, catalogues, flyers and other designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
REPORTING
- Evaluating, monitoring and reporting marketing performance metrics of all campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights on Google Analytics (GA4).
EVENTS
- Responsible for coordinating events, i.e., Industry events like Upmarket, Good Food and Wine, etc.
PHOTO SHOOTS
- Assisting with planning photo shoots when required.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is highly regarded;
- Have experience within a similar marketing role;
- Full Microsoft Office suite;
- CMS experience, preferably WordPress. A reasonable understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP language;
- Hands-on experience in E-commerce platform (Woocommerce or Shopify);
- Email Marketing experience (Campaign Monitor, MailChimp). Create workflows and segmentation;
- Experience using Meta and Google – paid advertising;
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator);
- Experience in managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin);
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), SEM and SEO;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure;
