About the opportunity

This is a 12-month FTC contract. You will be provided with flexible working / work from home arrangements. The preferred location for this role is Melbourne.


As an integral part of the Digital Workplace Enablement team, you will get hands on in a customer-focused business engagement team to co-design digital workplace solutions. While also ensuring the delivery of seamless employee experiences, by providing inputs to the digital workplace enablement programme and delivering on key opportunities.


You will be responsible for employee experience design, adoption, and change management for the following (but not limited to) Digital Workplace Apps and Services: All Microsoft 365 Services (especially: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform), Miro, Mobility Services, BYOD services, Conferencing Services. Scope of operations is for Bupa APAC business units including Health Insurance and functional units, Aged Care, and Health Services businesses.

    • Increase retention and attraction with best-in-class onboarding through to embedment
    • Modernise our technology & simplify how we access information and collaborate
    • Build an employee experience layer that reduces complexity and provides personalised experiences
  • Drive the adoption of Digital Workplace services that evolve with industry direction and business requirements via continuous engagement, communications, and guidance with the user community
  • Reporting and analytics of technology usage, productivity enhancements, and employee experience
  • Work as an effective Digital Workplace team member. Including the support, mentoring, and coaching of other team members and recognising contributions of others to ensure team goals are achieved.
  • Co-designing digital workplace solutions and delivering Enablement services to deliver great employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Being a subject matter expert (SME) on all things digital workplace and influence the organisation and stakeholders in all responsible areas requiring Digital Workplace services.
  • Collaborate with various team, business owners, and leaders to enable and empower employees through the digital workplace
  • Collaborate effectively with several contractors, vendors, and consultants on project work across the employee experience programme
  • Operate effectively in an Evergreen change environment using industry recommended practices to manage a rapid change pipeline
  • Deliver improvements in line with the vision and roadmap for the digital workplace experience, continually evolving current offerings and capabilities
  • Continuously delivering on portfolio backlogs and change pipelines including coordinating upstream and downstream impacts changes may have on other systems
  • Operate within an agile delivery framework and deliver on changes quickly and iteratively



What do you need?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related business discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite and other collaboration tools including practically implementing them in an enterprise environment
  • Change management qualification (APMG, CCMP, CMI, Proci, or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work within various team structures to deliver business outcomes
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively and interpret insights into actions
