Our team is growing which has presented an opportunity for educators to join us at our small boutique Service, Mother Duck Childcare and Kindergarten Enoggera.
We are looking for educators in the following age group:
- 12 months to 18months
- 18 months to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: To assist in implementing and evaluating the educational program, consulting with the Lead Educator.
Individualized Learning: Supporting the Lead Educator in scaffolding the unique needs and interests of each child, ensuring a personalized learning experience.
Family Engagement: Establish strong partnerships with families through effective communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in center activities.
Teamwork: To be supportive and co-operative with your fellow team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma qualified or above
- Demonstrated experience as an Educator or similar role.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in working in larger studio environments.
- Familiar with Reggio Emelia learning philosophy.
