- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the WSCC Event Operations Team including for the WSCC Reception, Bar and Conference Rooms.
- You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
- The role will work closely with the WSCC Audio Visual Team, Kitchen Brigade and Event Coordinators.
- This role will require exceptional time management and delegation skills.
- Prior Event Operations Management experience in a large venue is essential due to the pre-opening nature of the role.
- A proven ability to coordinate large teams across multiple areas and to delegate effectively.
- Experience leading a team with a strong focus on team engagement and development
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
