You will also excel in creating and implementing training programs to upskill a diverse team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Director preferably in a large-scale hotel or resort
- Strong customer relationship skills, financial acumen, including budget management, and a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences are essential
- Possess exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Effectively manage conflicting priorities, lead by example, and thrive in a cross-cultural and complex environment
- Committed to and excited by delivering memorable culinary experiences for your guests
