About you
To be successful you will have experience and proven ability within Governance and compliance at a Senior level. Demonstrating a proven history of leadership in Strategy Management applicable to a University setting.

About the Business Unit
The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) leads the development of the University's institutional planning and performance activities, facilitates and coordinates the University's strategic project delivery, and acts as liaison and point of contact for Government relations, in particular with respect to regulatory and funding issues. OSM also collaborates across the University, working with relevant divisions to collectively address strategic business problems or challenges.
About the role
The Director, Office of Strategy Management (OSM) is responsible for developing the University's strategic planning and performance frameworks, leading institutional performance reporting, facilitating the delivery of strategy through support of enabling programs and projects and reporting on the portfolio of strategic initiatives, and managing the University's relationship with Government as it applies to funding and performance regulations and reporting. The position reports to the Vice-Chancellor and CEO and operates under their open direction. In addition, the position also works across the University working with relevant divisions to collectively address strategic business problems or challenges.
