We are seeking to engage with a client focused, professional and entrepreneurial leader who wishes to join and lead a proactive team. Working across career defining projects in Industrial, Office, Healthcare and Education industries, you will join the Colliers team to benefit from exposure to all manner of clients. You are joining a business that focuses on working together whilst managing projects across a diverse range of sectors for our clients and driving new business.
- Establish a business development strategy for the Victorian office for the short to medium term and implement this within the parameters of the assigned budgets.
- Undertake financial management of the Victorian Project Leaders team to meet agreed profit targets.
- Identify and recruit into key positions within the business.
- Leadership, management and mentoring of all personnel to ensure superior business performance in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety and environment and procurement
- Assist during the tendering process particularly in relation to methodology, buildability, risk management and subcontractor involvement
- Attend Client PCG’s and Key Stakeholder meetings as required
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, or other related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years in the industry
- Ability to accept total responsibility for the delivery of major project KPI’s including setting and meeting client’s expectations, financial results, positive liquidity etc.
