- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant with experience in restructuring, audit, M&A, or transaction services.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience in financial modelling, strong communication skills, structured problem-solving, project management, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills.
- Personal Qualities: Curiosity, empathy, integrity, and strong interpersonal qualities with a bias towards action and rapid outcomes.
