The Director, Strategy and Engagement is a central role in enabling the implementation, delivery and evaluation of Creative Together 2020-2030: A 10-Year Roadmap for arts, culture and creativity in Queensland, with a focus on the second action plan, Grow 2023-2026.
The role will work collaboratively with Queensland's arts sector, all levels of Government, across sectors, and with the private sector and philanthropists to drive strategy, engagement and investment outcomes that support the growth of Queensland's arts sector, and the delivery of economic and social outcomes for Queensland.
As a member of the Arts Queensland's Senior Management team, the role is integral to planning and decision making, evaluation, policy and research to deliver on the 10-year Creative Together strategy and realising government priorities. The role also leads the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of complex communication and engagement strategies to achieve Arts Queensland and whole of Government objectives.
