Executive Band 1: TRP $247,225 - $271,328 including super, commensurate with experience
About the role
This role will play an important part in engaging and developing strategic policy advice, uplifting performance and supporting our efforts in uplifting the overall customer experience. You will be passionate about uplifting the public trust in government through your values of transparency and integrity. As a key part of our executive team, you will be collaborating with your colleagues to deliver across key functional areas.
The main expertise for this role requires an understanding of strategic policy analysis, development, and implementation. You will be an expert in strategy, policy research, policy development and providing expert and critical commentary on new legislation and key policy issues and their perceived impacts within a socio-political context.
Harnessing the expertise that you and your team will possess, you work closely with policy experts, industry leaders and internal stakeholders across government to enable active assessment and delivery on key policies across a number of competing priorities.
About you
With expertise in policy, strategy and continuous improvement, you are a values-based executive who has experience and credibility within your organisation delivering change and creating a culture which values people at the heart and enables an environment where innovation and collaboration can shine. Your experience working in a highly complex and diverse environment with the ability to navigate contentious issues is essential to your success.
Additionally, you are passionate about the public sector’s ability to impact positively on the people of NSW, and you are ready to contribute with your engaging communication style and gift for building strong partnerships.
