Tasks & responsibilities
- Work independently and in a team
- Respond to and mange challenging situations
- Support participants in accessing their Community and participate
- Promote inclusion and engagement
- Provide In-home support
- Short-term accommodation / Respite
- Participant transport and appointment attendance
- Personal care
Qualifications & experience
- Do you have certificate 4 or higher in the Community Services Industry / Disability Services or Mental Health
- Previous experience in a support worker role
- Reliable Transportation
- NDIS screening check
- First Aid / CPR
- Working with children check
