- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Training required
- Experience within disability, mental health, aged care, individual support, community services, or youth work
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish a professional relationship with participant
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Flexibility to work over a 24/7 roster and available to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required
- Experience with Intellectual disability highly advantageous
- First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, NDIS Screening Check & Unrestricted Open Driving Licence a requirement.
In return, we offer the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation with lots of internal opportunities for promotion. We offer consistent shifts that provide stability and the chance to make a real impact, as well as online, specialized, and on-the-job training.
