Qualifications & experience
- Enrolled Nurse or studying Diploma of Nursing (Desired)
- Certificate IV or Higher in Disability/Mental Health or Community Services (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Complex Care
- First Aid and CPR
- Compassionate and Empathetic
- Positive Behavior Support
- Experience with autism.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide assistance with Daily Living and Independent skills
- Assist in Community Access and taking part in activities
- Supporting people in achieving their short and long term goals
- Delivering individual support plans
- Supporting people with communication
