About You:
- Experience with tracheostomy is mandatory.
- Clinical experience is highly valued due to the Complex Care needs of of our participant.
- Experience across a range of disabilities, including Complex Care, challenging behaviors, Mental Health, and Autism.
- Good communication skills.
- Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability.
- Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices.
