The opportunity

This role will see you assist in the deployment of QBE End User hardware to our QBE Offices and employees home addresses.

Your new role:

You will work with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure there are no logistic issues, assess when tech is no longer fit to be redeployed and liaise with other QBE teams to ensure we are always providing the best customer service possible to our employees.

  • Maintain Build Room/Storeroom to comply with WH&S processes
  • Arrange/Co-ordinate the dispatch of ordered Hardware assets via our Build room to other QBE office/Employee home addresses
  • Receive all EUC deliveries to the Build room and update register as required.
  • Evaluate returned in warranty IT hardware is fit to be redeployed and manage redeployment pool
  • Organise returned equipment not fit for purpose/out of warranty hardware ready for disposal.
  • Assist with general queries by verbal/written communication
  • Processing domestic/international outbounds and keep a Rolling Stock level spreadsheet maintained and provided daily to IT asset manager highlighting low stock levels
  • Receipts and Processes PO EUC Inbound deliveries

About you

This role would be ideal for someone with a keen interest in tech/IT looking to start their career in a corporate environment and enjoys working from the office. We are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills, a can-do attitude and the drive to succeed.
