About the Role:
As a Dispense Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Pharmacists by accurately labeling and packing medicines. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere dispensing to delivering exceptional customer service, assisting in achieving dispensary section KPI targets, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the pharmacy. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary area, as well as handling general administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
📁 Provide exceptional customer service with integrity and professionalism: You'll be the face of our pharmacy, interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met with care and attention to detail.
📈 Support in achieving dispensary section KPI targets: Your efficiency and accuracy in dispensing medicines will contribute to our overall performance goals.
🧹 Maintain housekeeping standards and perform general administrative tasks as required: A clean and organized workspace is essential for smooth operations, and you'll play a vital role in keeping our dispensary area tidy and well-maintained.
Skills and Experience:
💊 Previous experience in a similar role, with S2 S3 experience preferred: We're looking for candidates with a proven track record in pharmaceutical services, particularly in dispensing medications.
⌨️ Fast, efficient, and accurate typing skills: The ability to quickly and accurately input data is crucial for ensuring the timely and precise dispensing of medications.
🏃♂️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: Our pharmacy can get busy, so you'll need to be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
