ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking passionate individuals with a strong background in Customer Service to join our team in Osborne Park. A full time position is available Monday to Friday, flexibility in your hours is preferred as we operate between 5am and 4pm.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background in customer service. Previous call centre experience is preferred but not essential, the desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to quality and teamwork is essential.
DUTIES
Reporting directly to the DMAT Bookings Manager, this position will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for our client.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Scheduling of medical appointments
  • Adhering to KPIs
  • Data inputting
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have an eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service. Other requirements include:
  • The ability to speak with a diverse customer base via phone and email
  • Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
