Level 6/7: $83,130 - $102,937 + 17% Superannuation

The University of Wollongong (UOW) is a leading Australian university with a history of outstanding achievement in teaching and learning. UOW attracts students from more than 130 countries and is fundamentally committed to providing our diverse body of students with an engaging world class and internationally oriented learning experience.

The Outreach and Future Students Division manages and delivers excellence in services for future UOW students, building a program of activities, events, and communications to present UOW to various target audiences, throughout their decision making process, including prospective students, parents, teachers, international agents, partner institutions and government and other student sponsors.

The Domestic Non School Leaver Student Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the acquisition of prospective non-school leaver students to UOW. As a natural communicator in both written and verbal formats, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships and recruitment channels with targeted organisations such as UOW College, TAFE NSW and other Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s).

In this role you will become a ‘market expert’ on the non-school leaver market, and the tertiary education sector as you will be researching market trends; perceptions of UOW and its products; and preferred modes of communication as well as providing high quality advice to UOW personnel pertaining to UOW’s student recruitment initiatives.

These positions would suit someone with a Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Call Centre Management background.

You will be prompted to respond to a selection criteria questionnaire as part of the application process. For further information about this position, please contact Deb Neich on + 61 2 4221 3249 or deb@uow.edu.au
