Draftsperson – Piping And Mechanical | Autocad And Inventor | 2 - 5 Years Exp

Join the Beaver Process Equipment team in our growing Salisbury office. You will support our engineering and manufacturing teams by providing consistent, accurate and high-quality drafting services to them.

Will suit a draftsperson who has at least 2 - 5 years professional experience and excellent skills with AutoCAD and Inventor. 

This role is to collaborate with and provide support to other key teams within Beaver Process Equipment. 

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Modelling pipework
• 2D/3D piping design
• 2D/3D manufacturing drawings
• Working with point cloud data
• Drawing and data control
• Maintain CAD library

This is an excellent role that offers the right candidate the opportunity to produce high quality, detailed work. Working within an established framework for delivery, you will be provided on the job training where required and a supportive management environment.  You will also have the opportunity to expand your skillset by learning / working with 3D laser scanning equipment (Leica RTC360 + Leica Cyclone).

The ideal candidate will be a diligent professional who can cooperate well within a supportive environment.  You will also be a willing and helpful person, who is happy to work with an established work environment. 

You will likely have the following background:

• 2 - 5 years drafting experience (ideally incl piping)
• Ideally TAFE qualification in engineering drafting (Cert 3 or 4 level)

You will have the following skills:

• Must be competent with AutoCAD & Inventor
• Must be competent with Excel
