AddressOur client is a well established hotel chain is looking for a Duty Manager to join and manage their KI hotel.
They are looking for an experienced and Hotel Duty Manager to lead our guest focused team in an inuential role! You will assist in overseeing the Hotel and Front Oce operation, and oversight of all departments of the Hotel including Bars, Dining and Function facilities. You will be looking to develop a high performing team who will wow our guests with a awless service experience at every part of their journey and contribute to our nancial targets as a result of an eective training program, regular feedback and a hands on leadership style.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lead and support a service focused team , overseeing all aspects of the day to day operation, so it runs like clockwork
Develop the team by implementing eective inductions, on-going training, delegation and feedback
Communicate all standards, policies, procedures, rates, packages and Hotel information and proactively monitor for consistency
Stay on top of systems and procedures, including cash handling, payments and the PMS reservation system
Eectively manage guest feedback and handle complaints
Manage a 7 day operation over 24 hours, with varied rosters covering day/night/weekend shifts including public holidays
In return, we offer a full time position with an attractive basic salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation which depends on your skills and experience.
