Your Opportunity
This role oversees the Dynamics 365 platform, components and other relevant technology streams including:
- Engaging with business owners and key stakeholders to provide guidance re Dynamics CRM features and solutions
- Ensure the solution and platform are fit for purpose to accommodate current and future growth
- Design, develop and implement strategies, roadmaps and proposals for KPMG's Dynamics CRM system, components and other relevant technology streams
- Builds and takes ownership of key business relationships by managing others to deliver quality work
- Provides technical knowledge, direction and best in class processes and procedures
- Work with internal and business stakeholders to develop strategy, roadmaps and proposals for KPMG's evolving Dynamics CRM needs
- Apply innovative and creative techniques in solving complex problems and is able to suggest and implement improvements that continue to add value.
- Directly manage or oversee projects, changes and other initiatives for Dynamics CRM service lines including the following activities:
- Respond to initial demand or request
- Identify & evaluate suitable solution options
- Manage vendor engagement to obtain accurate effort and costs
- Project management and resourcing where necessary
- Manage vendor activities for development, testing and delivery of the project/change
- Ensure technical verification testing
- Manage business acceptance testing
- Manage implementation to Production and post-go live support
- Provide ongoing technical expertise to support the Dynamics 365 solution and related components
- Manage the key relationship with Client Experience and Brand team
- Work closely with key vendors like Microsoft to ensure the best technology and solutions for strategic enablement.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience may include:
- Experience as a Functional Consulting within Dynamics 365 CRM
- Exposure to working with Security Model and User Access Management
- Experience with D365 Entity, D365 Workflows, Form Customisation, Integration experience and API endpoints
- Experience working on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of project management deliverables and requirements
