We are a 14-year-old specialist mastectomy underwear and swimwear boutique in Coolamon and Wagga Wagga, NSW. We provide a professional bra fitting service - in person for our local customers, and all over Australia via video call. We endeavour to create a warm, empathetic and welcoming environment to ensure our customers feel comfortable and supported. This role is primarily processing orders (using Shopify), packing and shipping, and some customer service (answering the phone, online chat or email enquiries) may be required. The position is Casual with 3-5 shifts per week on average. While experience in Bra Fittings is highly regarded, training will be provided including product knowledge and POS training. The opportunity may exist for the right candidate to become a certified mastectomy bra fitter if they so wish.
Qualifications & experience
- Retail experience in women's fashion, swimwear or lingerie is preferred.
- Good computer skills are essential.
- Available on a casual basis, variable hours, mostly between 10am and 3pm weekdays.
- An exceptional level of customer service, with a warm, caring and professional manner towards our customers who may be at any stage of their breast cancer journey.
- Able to work independently and efficiently, with great attention to detail.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Packaging, labelling and shipping customer orders.
- Utilising Shopify to process orders and inventory.
- Placing orders with suppliers daily.
- Receiving deliveries, unpacking stock (all small, light items - no heavy lifting required) checking it and storing it on shelves and hangers.
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintaining a neat and tidy store environment, including light daily cleaning tasks.
