Exciting opportunity for an EAMS Senior Systems Analyst - Systems and Integration located in Brisbane CBD.
Queensland Rail has implemented an extensive Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and is now several years along in its maturity in Asset Maintenance, Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and mobility processes. An exciting opportunity now exists to join the Asset Systems team in continuing to advance the professional delivery and management of several systems (primarily the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module). The successful applicant will be one of the technical owner of this module under the guidance of broader team strategies, including its integrations and effect on other modules and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as an active and effective Systems & Integration team member in the development, implementation, integration and ongoing governance of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module and it’s fit within other SAP and non-SAP modules and systems.
- Identify and analyse the business needs of QR Enterprise Asset Management Systems to provide high quality advice and develop and implement systems to optimise the management of the Operations rollingstock fleet and Network Assets.
- The prioritisation, management, support and ongoing training of various components of systems and their integration to the organisation via suitable mediums.
- Support the mobility solution underpinned by the SAP Work Manager application.
- Support SAP PM & PP security processes.
This opportunity encompasses both technical and support elements requiring the successful applicant to have extensive knowledge and proven experience in:
- Technical management and configuration of the SAP PM module within ECC 6 (Enhancement Pack 7) or similar.
- Integrations between SAP PM and other modules such as SAP MM, PP etc.
- Technical management of the SAP Work Manager and Digital Maintainer Application platform and its various integrations with ECC.
- Management and rationalisation of security roles within SAP.
You will also need extensive experience in:
- Conceptual comprehension and application of technical documentation and ability in analysing varying sources of information to evaluate downstream impacts of system and configuration changes.
- Scoping, documentation and management of system and configuration changes, as well as their testing and progression through various SAP environments.
We require someone with excellent communication, presentation and training skills, both written and oral, with the ability to build and maintain relationships as well as describe complex elements in terminology suitable to both non-technical and non-SAP business users.
It is desired but not essential to have knowledge and proven experience in:
- SAP Linear Asset Management
- Development and application of Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles within an SAP solution.
