The Early Careers & Campus team at PwC are a high performing team, who are passionate about what they do, supporting candidates as they start out their career journey with PwC. Their ability to understand and deliver on early careers talent and partner with our business to deliver high quality outcomes, optimal to their success. That is why the role of Early Careers & Campus Recruitment Senior Manager is pivotal in continuing to drive our early careers recruitment strategy to greater heights and encompass the true meaning of delivering a unique candidate experience.

This Senior Manager role will lead our Early Careers & Campus Team . To find out more, see the key responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership, direction, and advice on driving a best in class service model and delivering exceptional candidate experiences,

  • Managing a team of nationally based dynamic & talented individuals

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers recruitment across the firm including strategic sourcing and attraction, targeted marketing and matching the best talent to the relevant program within the business

  • Developing strategic recruitment plans and program management to ensure seamless execution of all business programs

  • Keeping track of recruitment metrics and activities through data analysis and reporting

  • Designing and deliver engagement campaigns that position PwC at the front of career decisions for a diverse pool of graduates and those seeking alternative career pathways

  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, key universities and candidates to promote PwC Talent Brand

  • Work collaboratively with Partners, Senior People Leaders and Talent Acquisition teams, to attract and onboard a diverse group of talented early careers candidates, to meet annual hiring targets

  • Manage relationships with student societies and partner organisations to ensure future talent understand the variety of career options available at PWC

  • Collaborate internally to develop Talent Brand materials and targeted content for Campus events and Social Channels

  • Work with the Early Career sourcing Steering Groups to ensure our programs align with strategy/growth plans

About You

Passionate about being at the forefront of Early Careers Talent Acquisition, you’re ready to lead our Leaders and Early Careers team. You will have to navigate an increasingly complex and competitive recruitment marketplace, through innovative solutions whilst continuing to reimagining the possible.

You bring a wealth of extensive experience managing an early careers recruitment function, across a matrixed business environment. Knowledge and networks in the local graduate and early careers sectors will be highly valued and a relevant Degree qualification is preferred.

You will have experience in dealing with high volume campus programs with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact and influence is critical to success in this role. You are a team player who thinks and acts in alignment with our values and most importantly a real passion for engaging and identifying pools of future talent for PWC.
