Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator looking for an exciting new challenge? Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT), is a not-for-profit organisation seeking Diploma qualified or working towards Educators to join our Calwell Early Childhood Centre.

The opportunity
As an Early Childhood Educator at Calwell Early Childhood Centre, you will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of high-quality educational play-based programs for school aged children from birth to 5 years.
You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day. As an Educator, you will support, contribute to and assist in developing innovative and exciting educational programs informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the My Time, Our Place Framework for learning, and the National Quality Standards.
What's needed to succeed?
- ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards a Diploma,
- Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting, with a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Commitment to Anglicare's compassion, respect, justice, and excellence values.
